POETRY SLAM AT ELBWOOD AND GEIGENMAKER SCHELLONG OSANN
Three absolute pros of the German poetry slam showed us how far the spectrum goes: Helene Bockhorst , winner of the German Comedy Prize 2018, Wehwalt Koslowsky , veteran and co-founder of Scene, as well as Michael Schumacher, who “writes about everything that falls at his feet”, pondered messed up couple holidays in Sweden, the talkative Rhinelander at the window and the fateful decisions of Wagner's Lohengrin.
The audience was fascinated by the diversity of the poets and their pieces and asked for encores even after the intense action on the stage.
The artists were enthusiastic about this intimate stage space and the pleasant closeness to the audience.
The weather in Hamburg was also wonderful. The evening ended with happy people, happy encounters and nice conversations.
