My husband and I, during our trip to Germany, spent a day with Frank in his gorgeous (seriously gorgeous) workshop, each of us building a pen under Frank's patient tutelage. It was very exciting and fun to build pens (we love fountain pens) and they came out beautifully, too.

Habe mit Frank in der Masterclass einen eigenen Füller gebaut (Pocketmaster Mono aus Ebonit). Der ganze Tag war wunderbar angenehm, in der schönen Werkstatt und mit Frank in guter Gesellschaft.
Alle Arbeitsschritte können unter Anleitung selbst gemacht werden, was Konzentration erfordert, aber an der Drehmaschine richtig viel Spaß macht. Das Ergebnis ist ein Traum, an dem ich noch lange Freude haben werden. Wer Handwerk mag, kann hier einen schönen Tag haben und nimmt noch was tolles mit nach Hause.
